Why did the Big Bang have such low entropy, and why will tomorrow have higher entropy than today, and yesterday lower? You can turn an egg into a omlett, but you can’t turn a omlett into an egg. A chicken lays the egg. If the universe is ever-expanding and entropy increasing, what cosmic chicken lay(s/ed…tense is strange considering the topic rides the arrow of time) the big bang egg of the universe in its most pure, neat and tidy, dense and hot, form?
